UpLac Neon Nail Powder Set of 12x5gr

Neon Powder is suitable for impressive nail art.
Powders of 12 different colors with rich pigment to take off your creations.

USE:

After finishing the manicure preparation, we apply Base Coat and polymerize.
Then we apply 2 layers of the color of our choice and polymerize each layer separately.
Mix the powder with Top Coat in a ratio of 1 to 3 and apply on the nail.
Finally, we lock the result with Top.

Alternatively, it can be used over the Top, in nail art or on the entire surface of the natural nail for a sugar effect effect.
